The Premier Western Rooms are the newest addition to Signal Mountain Lodge built in 2013. The Premier Western Rooms are located a short walk away from Jackson Lake and are constructed with LEED design components. These lodge-style cabin units are located in duplex buildings and are furnished with custom Alder and reclaimed barn wood furnishings, granite counter-tops and slate tile in the bathroom. They feature two queen beds, a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, iron with ironing board and are the only units offered with air conditioning. Pets are not allowed in these rooms. ADA Room Features: grab bars for toilet and shower; roll-in shower; shower seat; 36" front and bathroom door widths; parking behind building with wheelchair accessible ramp leading to door; and flashing light fire alarm.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
To guarantee your reservation we require the first night's deposit, including tax. We will send written confirmation after we obtain your deposit. All cancellations regardless of reason (inclement weather, flight changes, travel plan changes, etc…) will be charged a $20 per room administrative fee and are accepted up to 7 days prior to arrival by 11:59 p.m. MST. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival constitutes full forfeiture of deposit. ANY date changes (including arrival date and departure date) are accepted up to 7 days prior to arrival. Date changes within 7 days of arrival constitutes full forfeiture of deposit. Groups traveling together with a combined total of more than 3 rooms are subject to a 28-day cancellation/change policy, may not book more than 10 rooms combined and must be approved by Management. We do not have restaurant or gathering space for groups. (Note: May and October reservations will be subject to a 3-day cancellation/change policy for reservations of 3 or fewer rooms; admin. fee still applies.)
