Know Before You Go!

There is a lot to do and see when visiting Signal Mountain Lodge, plan your trip out ahead of time and avoid the stress! Below is important travel information and policies:

Lodging Info. & Policies

Deposit Policy: A deposit equal to the first night’s room charge plus applicable taxes is required for each room at the time of reservation.

Payment Policy: The first night stay is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due at time of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will incur a $25 per room cancellation fee. Cancellations/changes made inside of 7 days of arrival will forfeit the full deposit.

Reservation Changes: Dates of stay for a reservation may be changed based on current availability. Your reservation is subject to a new rate for new dates of stay. Any changes made to your reservation may result in a rate change and payment due upon arrival.

Extra Person Policy: All room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional person charge of $10.00 per night.

Pet Policy: Pet fee is $20 per night, per pet. Fee is nonrefundable. Pets must always be on a leash on property and must be caged while guests are away. Housekeeping will not service rooms with unattended pets. Pets are not allowed in any Upper Lakefront Retreat rooms or Premier Western Rooms. Maximum 2 pets allowed.

Smoking Policy: All buildings on property, including guest accommodations, are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside at least 25 feet away from any door or window.

Group Policy: Please note the lodge is limited with space and options, so we do not accommodate group parties. If you book multiple room reservations, we will likely not be able to have all your rooms close together due to limited room types. There is also no group event space and group dining is not available. Please anticipate having multiple dining seatings for multiple room reservations.
